We are committed to providing high‑quality digital marketing, SEO, and web development services. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are eligible, how they are processed, and the conditions that apply. Our goal is to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If a project or campaign was not initiated or delivered due to our fault, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made for that service.
- Service Deficiency: If the delivered service (such as SEO optimisation, ad campaign setup, or web development) does not meet the agreed specifications or standards, we will review the case and may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the deficiency.
- Duplicate Payments: If you were charged more than once for the same service, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances, as these outcomes fall outside the scope of Arascow.co.uk’s contractual responsibility:
Change of Mind
If you decide not to proceed with a service after work has already begun, cancellation fees may apply, and refunds may not be issued.
Completed Deliverables
Once a service has been executed in accordance with agreed specifications, such as an SEO audit, Website development, or campaign launch, the service is deemed complete. Refunds are not available for completed deliverables.
Client‑Side Responsibilities
Timely provision of information, approvals, and account access is essential for project delivery. Delays or omissions on the client’s part that hinder progress are not attributable to Arascow.co.uk and do not warrant refunds.
Sales Performance
Our agency is accountable for delivering agreed SEO rankings, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing activities. However, converting leads into sales depends on factors within the client’s control, including product quality, pricing strategy, customer communication, and market demand. We do not hold ourselves responsible for closing deals and generating sales. These conditions are not eligible for a refund.
Third-Party Factors
Refunds are not provided for issues caused by external factors beyond our control, such as:
- Traffic Levels Change: We can secure first‑page rankings for the contracted keywords, but visitor volume depends on search demand, geographic reach, and niche competitiveness. Because these variables are market‑driven, lower‑than‑expected traffic does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Market Conditions: Shifts in consumer behaviour, competitor activity, or overall industry trends may influence campaign effectiveness. These external circumstances are not within our remit and therefore cannot be considered under the refund conditions.
- Platform & Algorithm Updates: Search engines, advertising platforms, and social networks regularly update their algorithms and policies. Such changes may affect campaign performance, but they are systemic industry developments and not subject to refund claims.
Refund Request Process
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days once approved, and funds will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. To request a refund, clients must:
- Contact our support team within 7 business days of service delivery.
- Provide details of the service, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.
- Allow our team to investigate the matter, which may include reviewing project files, campaign reports, and communication records.
Policy Updates
We may update this refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed.
